Remember that corrections are due on Fridays and you can work on those corrections during “down times” in classes. Testing will begin March 22, 2010 through March 30, 2010. Math project is due March 22nd and the Social Studies project is due April 1st. We have a busy end of the year planned but I know that we can make it great. I look forward to another great week! February 15th Newsletter

I hope everyone enjoyed their day off, with the snow. As we draw closer to the end of the year, please help your student stay focused. Testing will be the end of March and more projects will be coming home to work on. Let’s keep the motivation all the way through to the end.

Atlanta Trip Permission Slip
Dear Parents,
We are excited to tell you that our Spring Trip is to Atlanta, Georgia! We will take a twenty-nine passenger bus on May 18, 2010 and return May 21, 2010. While staying at the Drury Inn, we will visit wonderful sites such as: CNN Studio, Georgia Aquarium, Stone Mountain Park, Coca Cola Museum, Jimmy Carter Presidential Library, and an Atlanta Braves Game. The cost, $385.00, includes hotel accommodations, breakfast, admission/fees for activities, and bus fees. Depending on how much your student eats, the average cost for meals will be $70.00 cash, in an envelope with their name on it. Please do not send checks for meal costs. Students will be responsible for their souvenir money. We will need volunteers for snacks and water for traveling. We can’t wait!
